Quretx™6049 —— Heat stabilizer

Quretx™6049 is an ultra-high thermal stabilizer designed to effectively resist polymer degradation and discoloration caused by high temperatures and shear under harsh operating conditions and processing. It is suitable for polyamide (nylon) materials. This product is a white powder.

1. Non-toxic, non-hygroscopic

2. Slightly soluble in water; insoluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene, and other solvents

3. Electrically neutral, non-corrosive, metal-free, halogen-free，Excellent electrical properties (CTI)

4. Provides long-term thermal stability (up to 8000 hours at 150–180°C) in fiber-reinforced polyamide materials

5. Compatible with flame-retardant properties, suitable for electronic/electrical and new energy vehicle applications

6. Easy to process via blending
